Tommaso Didimo was born in Milano in 1984.
Studied under Prof. Gianfranco Notargiacomo at the Accademia di Belle Arti in
Rome. His artistic research is a result of fusions of different genres and
artistic cultures. The young painter starts from the typical American "Action
Painting" of the post-war period and catches its expressive, dramatic , and
existential aspects and putting them together with the European figurative
tradition. Prof. Robertomaria Siena of the Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome, one
the best modern Italian art critics and historians, wrote many articles on his
art. Tommaso lives in Rome, where he shares the studio with his brother-painter,
Giorgio Dante.
