Born in 1947 in Wroclaw, Poland. Studied in the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, under Prof.Jerzy Jarnuszkiewicz. Graduated magna cum laude in 1972. She works in stone, bronze, marble, epoxy, and porcelain. She has had more than 20 individual exhibitions in Poland, United States, France, Italy, China, Czech Republic, and Denmark. She took part in the International Sculpture Symposiums in: Marly-Le-Roy, Digne Les Bains, Montauban, France, Fanano (Prize for sculpture), Italy, Guilin Yuzi Paradise, China, Bitburg, Germany, Ben Amira, Mauretania, Velky Saris, Slovakia, Sedliste, Czech Republic, and Villany, Hungary. She was awarded many Prizes and Scholarships, e.g., by Italian government (Carrara, 1976), French government (Sevres, 1994; Moustiers-Saint-Marie, 1994), Kosciuszko Foundation (New York, 1998), Polish Ministry of Culture (2005). Her works are included into collection of National Museums in: Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan, and Szczecin; Art Museum in Lodz, Gallery STUDIO in Warsaw, Regional Museum in Radom, Copper Museum in Legnica, Center of Polish Sculpture in Oronsko, WARTA Insurance Comp. in Warsaw (large scale bronze & marble sculpture of Tyche, Hermes, Fortune, and Mercury).
